2. In-person interview with project manager, scientist, and VP (2 hrs)
3. Phone call with VP. Received offer and asked for a day to decide
4. Accepted written offer and started 2 weeks later

Short interview process, basically within two weeks including a tour of the office, the manufacturing plant, meeting with all the team. Having a more exchange rather than a formal interview with the CEO.

Entrevista
Before going to the interview they called me 2-3 times a day and say how they want me to join their team. As I went to the interview, I interviewed with the first person and discussed everything. After the first interview, the platform manager interviewed me. Everything went smooth and I left. I tried to follow up with them and emailing them, but there was no response. Not even a professional email indicated that they're moving on with another candidate.
