The experience was quite horrible. Initially, I had to complete an assessment before even getting a chance to speak with someone. After completing it, I finally met with one of the hiring managers, but the scheduled 30-minute call wasn't deemed sufficient time, so another meeting was required. This lack of consideration for my time as a candidate was frustrating. Surprisingly, the interview itself went well, but the offered pay range of 50-65k for the position was far below expectations. Despite the interviewer expressing optimism about moving forward and promising to be in touch within a week, I never heard back. Even after reaching out for an update, there was complete silence. Being ghosted after investing time and effort into the process was incredibly disappointing.
