Screening call with HR representative, videoconference with the hiring manager, in-person interview with hiring panel. About a week in between each stage, very friendly and comfortable conversations at each stage of the process.

Asked about background and work experience, discussed challenges and expectations in the field and of the role. Not many 'interview' questions with an expectation of scripted answers - felt much more like a substantive conversation than an interrogation.
