3-4 interviews (HR, manager/supervisor, peer interview, CEO or someone like that). Total process took ~3 weeks. HR had decent communication and overall process was average. Some people's interview process took over a month.

Entrevista
Took about three weeks. 30-60 min interview with HR rep. 60 min interview with supervisor and manager followed by 45 min panel interview with 3-6 people including those you'll work with directly and those you might not but have been with the company for some time. Overall fairly relaxed interviews with good conversation! Everyone I interviewed with genuinely seemed to love their job with LifeSource which was a huge motivator to accepting the position.

STAR type questions mainly and a few clinical scenarios testing your critical thinking skills. Make sure to do your homework about the company as they will ask you what you know about it! What would your manager say about you? Where do you see yourself in 5 years? What would we be missing if we didn't hire you?
