On the phone then face to face interviews. The first step was an email requesting for a telephone interview. After the interview, a face to face interview was scheduled.

Called in for an interview. Meet two managers at there office. The managers did not really go into the overall culture of the office and specifically the type of people they want. They also did not ask too many technical questions which I assumed they would for an analyst role.
