Very long process for not much in return. Very ahead of their time with Skype interviews years ago which was nice. Met with lots of people and learned a lot about the company along the process.
O processo levou 5 dias. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Lifebooker.

I applied online and got a email to schedule a phone interview the next day. I couldn't hear anything during the phone interview, her connection was really bad and she kept cutting off which I thought was extremely unprofessional. I got invited to an onsite interview anyway, and I went a couple of days later. There is no HR department, not even a reception area. I went in and had to ask a random person to please go get the person I was meeting with. 15 minutes later she shows up and brings me to a meeting area on the other side of the floor, which is also shared by other companies. She told me I would be meeting with 3 different people and asked me to wait there for them. the room had no A/C or it wasn't on, and this was in the middle of the summer. Again, another sign of unprofessionalism and another red flag. I was kept waiting for the first interviewer for another 15 minutes and this was the pattern with all the other, so in essence I spent at least 45 minutes waiting. I understand the casual dress code but these girls looked like they were going to the beach. One of them was waiting booty shorts and I could see her bra straps. At least throw on a cardigan for the interview. The interviews themselves were fine, no hard questions or anything like that. I knew right away that I wasn't interested in working there. I would say just know your resume well, and have answers to typical questions like why do you want to work here?, etc.

The interview process was fairly simple, with simple questioning. The office is very laid back with friendly people, but after being there for a second and third interview, I was sensing a strange vibe. On top of what I had read online, the way in which my offer was presented gave me the understanding that the office is a swinging door, and that retention rates are very low. Although I was given the offer, I was treated as a simple option as opposed to someone they really wanted. It's hard to explain, but if you're going for this company, please do your research. In today's economy, selling such a software is a daunting task.
