I submitted an application online. The hiring manager contacted me to schedule an interview, which I completed about a week later. The phone interview was with the hiring manager and lead medical case manager. Pretty casual, standard case management questions. It seemed really promising. They said that they would follow up with me in about a week and I never heard anything at all, not even a rejection email. I was pretty bummed because it seemed like a good opportunity but I think not following up after an interview is so unprofessional.
