Very relaxed. I think as long as you don't seem like a liability then things will go rather well. They will also want you to commit to one weekend day.

On site interview, i taught a class for 15 minutes. Just had to demonstrate my skills and prove i was vocal. The most important part i was told after was the ability to be loud and confident.
