I applied for a Preschool Photographer position and received an email the same day (a Friday afternoon). I thought this was great! We communicated at a pretty fast pace and set up a phone interview first thing Monday morning. I accepted the calendar request, but never received a phone call or followup email. There was no virtual meeting to connect to or a phone number to call into. For a position that pays that low, I wasn't going to chase them.

I met with one person. Very comfortable and easy setting. We met over coffee and later I had a phone interview with another hiring manager and it was very comfortable as well
