It was straightforward. I had a phone interview with someone from HR and then had two separate interviews that were each 20-30 minutes long with 2 people. They were welcoming from the start and it didn't seem like a high stress interview. They wanted to get to know me and my personality first. Then they asked behavioral based questions.
