Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 2 semanas. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Lifetouch.
Entrevista
Initial interview was over the phone. Very casual and friendly and up front with the life style of a photographer for the Church Directories and Portraits Division. It took a couple of weeks for the supervisor and me to get together for a phone interview and a few more weeks for a one on one interview. There was no formal training although I hear from other employees that they had class room time and were surprised to find that I did not.

Entrevista
Over the phone... manager is a sales man and SOLD the job to me, asking some questions that were personal, and pushing the job. (unemployed at this time, really did not give me the chance to ask more about the job)
Candidatei-me pessoalmente. O processo levou 2 dias. Fui entrevistado pela Lifetouch (Hayward, CA) em jul. de 2015
Entrevista
It was easy since I worked in the industry before applying. I initiated the call to their local office. A couple days later I get a call from one of the managers and was asked to go to Hayward for training which I did. Started my first shoot about 2 weeks later.

Entrevista
I applied online and received a call from HR a few weeks later. HR setup a local interview with the region manager. Had the interview and showed a portfolio of my work, then a week or so later I was asked to a very quick second interview. Very casual, met in public.
