The first round of the interview I had a nice and really easy going conversation and interview. It felt really comfortable and relaxing. The waiting process was long finding out the outcome.

I recently interviewed with Paige as my recruiter for the technical product manager role and really had an incredible experience that I feel is worth mentioning. Going through a season of my previous role being eliminated it was refreshing to have someone who genuinely cared about me be the first person I spoke with. I haven’t had to interview in nearly 20 years so I was very nervous and her encouraging words, sweet spirit and calming demeanor really helped me to feel prepared to take on this next season. Even though I may not have been the best fit for this specific job, I’m thankful for this experience and that Lifeway has people who embody Christ representing them day to day. God bless.
