I applied to their job posting on their website and sent through my CV and a covering letter. After a few days, I was contacted by someone from Liforme and asked to prepare a task and also do an IQ test online. I send in my task and done the IQ test which was 30 minutes long and pretty petty, given the fact that the questions had nothing to do with the job or my skills and abilities. I've also asked for a salary range as the job ad didn't state anything and they were unable to share that information with me blaming it on the usual pretentious "depending on experience" excuse. I'm sorry but it's not for the company to decide how much I'm worth, I think I pretty much know myself what I need and how well my skills and abilities are to be efficiently financially compensated.
After the test, I tried to follow up with them for months. I emailed them three times and they ghosted me and never replied or gave me any sort of feedback. Very unprofessional, lack of respect for potential employees and definitely impacted my view of the company. I would never work here!
