I was approached by an external recruiter for the role, had an on-site interview the next day. From the beginning it was clear the company was poorly managed from being left in their reception area for 20 minutes while they scrambled to find the hiring manager to then being asked questions by a CTO with a distinct lack of understanding in software development at even the most basic level.

Entrevista
I was qualified by an HR consultant on the phone for 30 mins. Then I was invited in person to meeting with two senior executives for a one hour meeting. The final interview was a one hour two part presentation.

Questions in the first two interviews were relatively standard in terms of my professional background.
Three in-person interviews over 3 weeks which included a project and presentation. No phone screening interview. Overall the interview process was fairly enjoyable and straightforward. Talking about past experiences and projects, build a product to solve a specific problem, then present and if good enough, meet CTO.
The one thing that really bugged me besides it being three separate in person interviews was that after I was rejected, I had asked for feedback so that I can do better in the future but never heard back from anyone. Normally this wouldn't bug me as much but if a candidate meets a potential employer on three separate occasions and builds a product plan and presentation, I would like some useful feedback.
