It was during COVID, so it was on video. I was immediately at ease despite being on camera with the men who held the four highest positions in the company but was immediately put at ease by their easy demeanors. Very unique but all very positive. I was asked incredibly thoughtful questions that expressed interest in my soft skills in addition to my prior experience, asked about my motivation and goals, and we spilled into personal anecdotes as well. It was probably the best interview I’ve ever had.
