Following my application submission, I received a brief phone call from a recruiter to confirm I was still interested in the position. They scheduled an initial interview for the following week. Interview one was with that same recruiter. The subsequent interview was with the department director. The final stage of the interview was a call with a few folks from across the business. Lots of levels but they all seemed to make sense.
