First interview was in december. A 30 min call with the Team Lead where no actual information regarding the company and what the role would be was factually given. On my end, I gave lots of examples of my work and experience. Red flag 1. Red flag 2 - no word over a month. I sent an email to the internal recruiter asking for an update, and was met with silence. Terrible experience. I would avoid this company. If this is how they treat potential employees, I fear to imagine how it must be to work there. Tip to the company: you are one of hundreds of start ups in the area. Don't ghost candidates because that's a very bad investment on your image and reputation.
