Entrevista
First interview was in december. A 30 min call with the Team Lead where no actual information regarding the company and what the role would be was factually given. On my end, I gave lots of examples of my work and experience. Red flag 1.
Red flag 2 - no word over a month. I sent an email to the internal recruiter asking for an update, and was met with silence.
Terrible experience. I would avoid this company. If this is how they treat potential employees, I fear to imagine how it must be to work there.
Tip to the company: you are one of hundreds of start ups in the area. Don't ghost candidates because that's a very bad investment on your image and reputation.

Entrevista
He said he couldn’t really talk about the company or what they’re working on without signing an NDA. So that left very little to talk about. I explained my background with microfluidics since that’s all he could really discuss about the companies tech. He asked if I was interested in moving forward in the interview process and I said yes. Got a rejection email the next day.

Entrevista
The interview consisted of a 2 stage process, and informal interview leading on to a more formal (but still friendly) 2-3 hours interview and tour at the office. The feedback was timely and the communication was responsive.
