The interview process was great and thorough. I first had a quick conversation with a recruiter covering a quick background of the position, my skills and how id fit in with the culture. Next was a call with the hiring manager with a more in depth conversation about the role and my skills. Lastly Lighthouse brought me in for an all day onsite interview with the key stakeholders that I would be working with. Each person was extremely kind and had put a lot of care and thought into there questions, leaving me extremely excited about both the role and the people id potentially be working with. After the interview I received an offer a few weeks later.
