The recruiter seemed more interested in my skills and knowledge than the interviewers. It was apparent it that some of the interviewers had never conducted interviews before.

Fast and furious, which was a sign that they probably have a high turnover rate. People were friendly enough - phone screening, SKYPE interviews, then in person. You just have to demo your understanding of the industry, tools, process...act professional.
