Very long interview process, but, very quick turnaround. Annoying trying to interview whilst also trying to work another job, but was definitely worth it. Had an offer within two weeks.

After filling out a bunch of prescreen questions, I had a 30 minute interview. I just got the feeling there was no sort of connection there, given that it seemed they hadn't really looked at my CV or knew much of the projects I worked on.
