I applied through Indeed and was contacted through that platform. A phone interview was scheduled and then an in person interview after that. The phone interview took about 45 minutes. The in person interview takes a few hours. They tested my computer skills (typing test, Word test, Excel test and a mock email). Next I was asked how I would go about checking inventory. Then did an example of quoting and purchasing parts for a computer. The last hour was spent meeting with the executives first and interviewing with them. The last 20 minutes was spent being interviewed by the team that you would be working with. I was told I would be contacted within the next week whether I got the job or not and was not contacted after 2 weeks.
