I applied online and was contacted the next day about a pre screen. I passed the pre screen and then met with the manager a few days later. They then passed me up to the director who I met with about a week later. They then chose me for a culture fit interview with a panel of employees from the team I would be working on. I was then told they’d be making their decision and reaching out to me by the end of the following week. I ended up being contacted a few days beyond what was anticipated and was told they went with someone else. Entire process took about a month.

I had a phone screen and was told I would be moved to the next round of interviews, only to never hear back from them again. I reached out and was told they went with another candidate. Feedback and communication are appreciated, but I received neither.
