Pretty basic interview. No bells or whistles. I say in a small office with one other person and was asked mostly ethical questions. The interview was cake. I had a drug test afterward and that was off site. They didn't give me a tour which I thought was dumb. And they told me I wasn't who the expected. They were kind of rude from the beginning but I just ignored it.

I went to an open interview day at Lighthouse. Everyone was very nice and friendly. They looked over my resume and asked me general questions about what I was looking for and why I chose Lighthouse. In the actual interview they asked questions that pertained to the job and my experience. I would make sure to know the details about the role/roles you are applying for. They were fine with the little experience I had. They answered all my questions and got back to me the next day. They even thanked me for interviewing with them.
