Screening phone interview followed by meeting with the head of the team. Afterwards, given a small project to complete. Last step is a panel interview over the course of 1-2 days. Completed the project and it was never mentioned again. During the panel interview process, the CEO never showed up to the scheduled interview time. When I contacted HR, they said they would reschedule. Did not hear back for a week, and received the most generic rejection email possible with no explanation. Completely unprofessional and clearly don't value potential employee's time. They did me a favor by rejecting me.
