Entrevista
I was brought in for two interviews and met with several people. Overall I had a positive interview experience. Some generic questions (ie: strengths, weaknesses, employer evaluations, etc.). The second interview went into some specifics such as how would you react if you felt overwhelmed? I was asked for several specific examples of times where I performed the specific job duties. I took issue with the fact that I never heard back from anyone. I could understand if I had simply submitted an application. However, it was frustrating that I was asked to come in for an interview, then again for a second interview, and was never given the courtesy of a response to let me know that I had not received the job.

2 rounds of interviews. Pretty fast response after the 1st interview. 2nd round was relatively short. Very conversational & easy. But after 2nd interview no response or feedback from them. over 3 weeks passed, no information on the hiring decision or the timeline. Communication wise, unethical & unprofessional.

Basic questions - tell me about yourself, what are your strengths etc
2 rounds of interviews. Focused more on Behavioral questions. After 1st interview, there was a pretty fast response. After the 2nd interview, no response from them. It has been over 3 weeks HR/recruiter contacts you with a no or yes, They seemed interested during the interviews leaving a signal that they will reach out to you in good amt of time, but literally ghost you after rounds of interviews. Very confusing, unprofessional & unethical.
