I did a phone interview for about 45 mins first. The following week I came into the office for an interview with a panel of three people which lasted about an hour. I have an education background and no a lot of business experience so they asked a lot about how I thought I would be able to handle myself in a fast paced environment. The job entailed much more responsibility than I realized so I was happy to have gone as far as I did in the process. They ended up selecting somebody with more technical experience which I couldn't really compete with. They were very friendly and I enjoyed the experience.
