I applied end of August 2020 through mutual connections and was referred internally. There were 4 interviews spread out over 4 weeks. Overall the process was very smooth and well communicated throughout each step. The recruiters I spoke with were incredibly kind and supportive. The format is a phone screen interview, 1:1 with your manager, a peer group interview and last interview with HR, (all virtual). Some phases were more conversational, while the last two were seriously focused on asking about your process and other behavioral questions. There was also a small test. Some questions were difficult to answer on the spot but they were very understanding. I received an offer and accepted. :)
