Overall I had a great experience with Lightspeed, Nik was extremely transparent in my progress and Yasmine was very prompt in organising and scheduling our meetings. I had a total of 1 intro call and 3 main interviews. Lightspeed is very thorough in the people they are hiring, which makes me feel like they've put a lot of care into selecting the right candidate. Interview 1: Short call with the recruiter to discuss the overall job role and gain some insight into who I am. Interview 2: Meet the team, personality dynamics, general skills and further insight into the day-to-day of the role. Interview 3: Skills based interview discussing marketing tactics, scenario based questions, previous projects and general work ethic. Interview 4: Assignment based interview where I got to showcase my skills, meet the team in person in the office and have an open, honest discussion about my work.
