This interview was done in a glass office (windows on all sides-very exposed). I had three execs in the room to drill me for an hourly clerk position. The HR person was negative from the get go. I was exasperated and almost appalled by the end of the interview from all the silly questions that had nothing to do with an entry level job. "what are your hobbies? what was the last book you read?, how would you prioritize your day's work when you arrive each day? (not sure, why don't you tell me what the process involves), why did you apply here? what are your short term goals, long term goals?, and so on." I knew leaving I would not get the job from the HR woman's demeanor and I am thankful to not be there knowing this is how they start their process. Already found a better position than this one, more money and the initial interview was a breeze compared, good luck if you interview with them. Hopefully I can help you as they will ask the same things.
