I went and handed in a resume, they told me I was overqualified for the position I was applying for and hired me as a Sales Representative. The interview had four people in there, five including myself. I accepted the job but left after two days when they have lack of faith in their employees.

The interview process consists of an interview with the talent individual, and then a second interview with the Director of Sales. Once this is complete, there is sometimes a quick script read and that concludes the process
