It was time-intensive, but it gave me a clear sense of the role and what would be expected, which I genuinely appreciated. I rated the process as “difficult” mainly because of the time commitment, not the questions. The interviews themselves felt more like conversations than formal Q&A, which made the experience both enjoyable and informative.
