One word to describe the process would be 'standard'. Typical panel session which includes at least one manager and one HR representative. Standard interview questions and some geared to specific role. Opportunity given at the end to clarify anything that you feel needs to be emphasized and ask questions. Fast paced environment and thus can get offer on the spot.

very easy and lot of stressful situations question aa thats all they have there nothing else. salary negotiations. they expect you more than what they pay you. promotion is a lollipop.

The interview was technical and behavioral base questions. the manager asked many fundamental questions about the manufacturing process and some safety-related questions. moreover, behavioral questions also requires technical actual experienced scenario. the overall interview was smooth.
