Initial phone interview about company culture. Second round was flown to Headquarters for a series of panel interviews with sales managers and executives. Interviews were held in a hotel convention center and were 30 minutes each. The panel interviews were very conversational.

The company flies you out to Cleveland to tour the facility, eat with management, have 1-on-1 interviews, and take a tour of Cleveland. The real interview consisted of a series of 1-on-1 interviews with the person who manages new sales rep hires, and different managers of the company.
