Very professional and concise. Had to take a personality test beforehand. Passed it and was given a date and time for the interview. I interviewed with a woman who was very professional and easy going. The questions were easy and well thought out.

Very hard once you get to the President. Very demanding and invasive questions. You will first be interviewed by another director from another department and then, if you are lucky, have a sit down with the head boss.

Hind sight being 20/20, too difficult for what they're offering you, interviewed with CS department and CS Director, took 2 weeks for official offer and start date, background check and drug screening.
