The interview process began with an initial phone call where I spoke with a representative about my background and experience. During that conversation, I was informed that the next step would be a Zoom interview with one or two directors, possibly joined by a couple of additional team members.
When I joined the Zoom interview, I was surprised to find a total of five participants. Unfortunately, the interview felt unorganized and lacked structure, which made it challenging to effectively showcase my skills and experiences. It became clear during the conversation that the role might not be the best fit for me.
Following the interview, I received a response about a week later informing me that I had not been selected for the position. Overall, the experience was disappointing, as it did not align with my expectations or the professionalism I strive to bring to my interactions.
