Before we started, they had us watch a bunch of documentaries about how great the company is. Then they had us take an intelligence test. They don't tell you that's what it is, but that's basically what it is. If you look on the name of the test, it even has the word "intelligence" in it. Passing this test basically insures you an interview. If you don't pass it, they send you home. If you do, you get a short 10 minute interview that has really basic questions. As long as you're polite and have critical thinking skills, this is a really easy interview.

There is an online spelling and reading assessment (done in a group) with a follow-up in person interview with the center director at the location you apply to. You should hear from HR roughly 24 hours after completing the online assessments regarding next steps.
