There was a three step process to the interview. The first was the cognitive test. It asked about conclusions, statements implied, assumptions, and understanding communication skills mostly. Then there was a spelling test, both of these were a part of the first step.
Those who passed the tests were then given a second interview. They ask you about strengths and weaknesses, ect. Then you do a mock teaching and that is the second part. The last part is a health screening.

Good interview process! They were very nice people and seemed like they actually wanted to get to know me. They allowed us to have good conversations about the learning process at the institution.

There was a short online screening including a reading comprehension test. After, they had me go to their office for a 1-on-1 interview. Despite telling me when they would get back to me about the job, they ignored my follow-up email and waited an extra week to notify me.
