I have been working with kids for years, and could not get this job based on one test. I find it unfair that someone with a passion to help children should be denied. I did not even make it to the real interview process because I did not pass the test. The test was on critical thinking, and even with studying I found it very difficult. Would not want to be apart of team who hires based on numbers.

There was a short online screening including a reading comprehension test. After, they had me go to their office for a 1-on-1 interview. Despite telling me when they would get back to me about the job, they ignored my follow-up email and waited an extra week to notify me.
