Went in for interview.
Saw a presentation with a whole group of interviewees explaining the company
Took a phonetic spelling test.
Took an ACT style comprehension test.
Spoke with management one on one in a normal style, reviewing my resume and answering a few behavioral questions.
Got a call the next day with an offer.
Then you have two weeks of full day training.

There are 2 literacy exams and had a follow-up to meet with the center for a more formal interview asking about experience with education, tutoring, or any kind of childcare.

A lot of personality questions and a “technical” interview which involved. Spelling test and a reading comprehension test that had increasingly difficult passages. I would say they felt closes to the act ELA section

asked a bunch of personal questions. where you headed to. why u wanna work there and experience questions. its very easy and awesome great introduction to the company itrs reallt cool.
