I was called to come into an interview on a Tuesday. It was a group interview. They told us a bit about the job and what it entailed and gave us a spelling test and a critical thinking test. The spelling test wasn't easy and consisted of real and made up words. They want to test your spelling ability and phonetic skills. The critical thinking test involved reading passages and evaluating what you read and making scenarios of what would happen next Not a bad process, but it wasn't the easiest either. They called me on Friday to set up the second interview on Monday. I learned more about the program and did some mock training. I was able to handle this easily. Then I had a 1 on 1 interview. They called the next day and offered a job.

There is an online spelling and reading assessment (done in a group) with a follow-up in person interview with the center director at the location you apply to. You should hear from HR roughly 24 hours after completing the online assessments regarding next steps.
