Entrevista
Very easy interview process: seemed most interested in finding out whether I would be a good cultural fit: they seemed to be very understaffed and in need of warm bodies for the summer term. Interview included several reading comprehension/critical reasoning/spelling tests. Interview did not last long, and while I wasn't exactly offered the job on the spot, it was implied that I would be starting very soon (the offer came later that afternoon).

There are 2 literacy exams and had a follow-up to meet with the center for a more formal interview asking about experience with education, tutoring, or any kind of childcare.

A lot of personality questions and a “technical” interview which involved. Spelling test and a reading comprehension test that had increasingly difficult passages. I would say they felt closes to the act ELA section
