The interview had a three step process: spelling and logic tests, interview, short training after which then your performance is evaluated. For the training you watched video demonstrations of their Visualizing and Verbalizing program, then you were told to practice what you had learned with the other applicants, while the interviewer observed. After that you could ask questions.

There was a short online screening including a reading comprehension test. After, they had me go to their office for a 1-on-1 interview. Despite telling me when they would get back to me about the job, they ignored my follow-up email and waited an extra week to notify me.
