The job listing was found of craigslist.org. I was called in the next day for an interview and was hired the day after that. The interview consisted of telling a Consultant all about my education and goals. I was given a variety of standardized test that tested spelling, math and comprehension.

There is an online spelling and reading assessment (done in a group) with a follow-up in person interview with the center director at the location you apply to. You should hear from HR roughly 24 hours after completing the online assessments regarding next steps.

There are 2 literacy exams and had a follow-up to meet with the center for a more formal interview asking about experience with education, tutoring, or any kind of childcare.

A lot of personality questions and a “technical” interview which involved. Spelling test and a reading comprehension test that had increasingly difficult passages. I would say they felt closes to the act ELA section
