It is a very lengthy interview process. They have you meet many people from multiple departments that you may not be dealing with directly in your actual job. My experience may have been longer than most, but be prepared for at least 4 or 5 interviews. Most of the interviews occur in SL. Your ability to navigate in SL may help you make a better impression but is not critical for your interview. Definitely try to understand who is interviewing you and what their relationship would be to you if you were hired so that you can answer with that in mind. They seem to touch on how well your experiences prepare you to operate in this fairly non-structured environment and succeed. If they are hiring for leadership, you may be asked how you would attempt to change the environment and why you think your approach would be successful.
