I was contacted and asked to submit a Writing sample. Then I was called for an in-person interview. The interview felt very informal, and the HR team is very at easy, this can be a little difficult if you are used to a stern environment, where questions are thrown at you. At the in-person Interview, I Interviewed with HR first, then a director, then the CEO. I was offered the position on the spot. I heard from other employees this is not usual. The verification process is what took the longest. On-boarding is only on certain days of the month.
