Summed up it sucked. Lacking transparency, douche-y atmosphere, zero integrity where blaming is part of the solution and all the high up management are unable to connect.. If you have better offers don't waste your time or efforts with this place. Zero background checks. And the real sad part is, is that they're banking on the possibility of you not having a better offer, even if you do, which just felt like a bad trajectory. And I feel bad for their clients. Caveat emptor to all that are attempting to do business with these people.
I had a recruiter respond via linkedin, and had an easy 5 min intro call with them. They scheduled an interview with the hiring manager, which took place about a week later. That phone interview lasted about 30 minutes.
