2 Rounds. One HR and one Technical. The HR round is basic information about education and work ex. Technical round involves information about financial products, derivatives, investment accounting. Focus on derivative knowledge and basic accounting concepts

2 technical rounds followed by an HR round. The interviewer was great, explained about the company, the entire interview process and the job role. Further he was pretty open about the culture in the company, expectations from the candidate and what a day to day would look like. The decision making process is quite fast. I heard back within 2 hours of the interview.
