1. You will get a call or email from HR for interview, if your resume is shortlisted then you will be called for first round interview 2. In first round interview a senior manager will come to you and ask some stupid questions and you answer it 3. If you passed first round then some one from tech lead will come who will try to prove that he is very excellent in communication and mimic like English man and if you are not able to prove that you know someone from his team, you are rejected.
