No real interview, no prospecting skill assessment, nothing like this. Got an e-mail with a job offering, called to have an interview, first thing I heard from a speakerphone was: congratulations, you are hired! Interviewer was very young, lacking basics of corporate culture and HR skills. Eventually they listed me under wrong language family and it took me 2 weeks(!) to fix it.
