you were requested to take an on-site translation test, and if you passed, you will be invited to meet the management and the editor-in-chief for interview. You will be asked about your employment history, strength and expectation on the job in the future. Overall, the interview was a good one, and they were pretty nice!

I was asked to do a simple self-introduction at the beginning. Afterward, the managers asked me about my favorite fields of translation and the CAT tools I am most familiar with. Lastly, the managers describe the job content and ended with some small talk.
